I created Je Suis Jeanette for inspiration and self-help for people like me, of course, but also for my own needs. I strive to create resources and content that helps people find themselves while reminding myself who I am.
I specialize in creating "personas" that a person can emulate- a persona that truly resonates with everything that person wants to be. Eventually, after living the life of this "persona", you find that you have actually become exactly who you wanted to be and you can then "retire" that persona because you are "her" now.

I grew up on a dirt road in the Mojave Desert
Yes I did! So many people are surprised to find out this high-heeled, make-up lover, fashionista grew up on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere Mojave Desert. And I absolutely loved it! As an introvert it had everything I needed to thrive- beautiful vistas, stunning sunsets, soft sounds, muted colors. Still to this day I always feel a little calmer visiting there.
I totally geek out with tech, logic, & Excel
I consider myself a very creative person, able to think outside the box, and use my imagination to look at something and see it's potential. As mentioned above I'm also a huge beauty junkie and fashionista. Yet I am such a geek! I handle and set up all electronics in our household, buy logic problems books at airports before long flights, and am beyond thrilled when I get to create an Excel spreadsheet that does everything for you (while looking fabulous to boot!).
Most people are completely surprised to find out that I'm an introvert
I've learned to create various "personas" to help me navigate all the times where I have to interact with introverts, whether it's in a sales meeting at work, at a networking or social event, or being a leader at a volunteer organization. These personals help "protect" me and my energy, but at heart (and in my head), I am a hard core introvert who ticks all the boxes. This expertise in "persona" building also helped me discover who I truly am at the core and work towards building the life of my dreams.
